I’ve been posting a lot of religious stuff from the now disappeared website jesuswordsonly, so, to break up the pattern, here’s a comment I made a long time ago when I was fed up with the people on some neighborhood group network that reminding other people to wash their hands. I’m just about 100% sure the comment got removed, I haven’t checked the links to see if they still work, but here it is again:

Have you kept a mask on while driving alone, exercising outside alone, or staying at home alone?
Do you think "everybody" should have a mask on in those scenarios as well?
Do you prefer to keep a mask on for "fashion" reasons? Do you feel more comfortable hiding behind your mask? Do you make your pet dog/cat/horse wear a mask?
Do you wear a mask while swimming or taking a shower? Have you ever left your mask on while sleeping?
Do you keep your mask on while brushing your teeth? Do you put your mask on between bites while eating?
[ "taken mask mandates to the next level - telling those eating out at restaurants that they should wear a mask "in between bites" in order to "keep those around you healthy.""

Would you prefer to get married with a mask on? Do you think all couples should have masks on during wedding ceremonies?
[ "announced with great glee that couples marrying would no longer have to wear face masks when tying the knot. ....impose on couples, who for all intent and purposes will be living together and spending the night together after the wedding, have to wear a mask during their wedding ceremony? Would a mask be required for the happy couple to consummate their marriage on their wedding night?"

Do you believe that there is no acceptable medical reason to not wear a mask? Do you have ill wishes towards others who refuse to wear a mask, i.e. "I hope that guy dies of coronavirus" ?
If you were to deliver a baby today, would you feel better wearing a mask? Do you think a newborn baby is in danger without a mask?
Do you think all mothers in labor should have to wear mouth and nose coverings or else?
["hospitals have required mothers to wear masks while in labor, which restricts oxygen during a physically taxing activity which often lasts for many hours. This stipulation is problematic given the care that birthing mothers who are in pain or have faced previous abuse need, as face masks during such an ordeal can cause trauma. "
Do you think it is acceptable to put drugs in the water supply so more people will "mask up"?
[ "‘Morality pills’ may be the US’s best shot at ending the coronavirus pandemic, according to one ethicist
The article’s author is Parker Crutchfield, an Associate Professor of Medical Ethics, Humanities and Law at Western Michigan University, and his argument can be broken down into four key points:
Wearing masks and social distancing are good for public health
People who refuse to follow these rules are “defectors” who need to be “morally enhanced”
This moral enhancement can be achieved with medication to make people more “empathetic” and “co-operative”
This medication should be compulsory and/or administered secretly via the water supply.
If you go to a wake, do you demand that the undertaker put a mask on the deceased, open casket or not?
Do you feel offended or defensive just reading these questions?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, you are probably suffering from a mask addiction problem.
There is no need to be ashamed. People of all types get into bad habits by thinking, or feeling, that they are doing good. Ironically however, mask addiction is thought to being extra "healthy" in an extra "clean from diseased air" OCD sort of manner, when in reality, it is just the opposite.
Mask addiction, like methamphetamine addiction, can affect your health in a drastically detrimental way.
Here is a symptom of mask addiction that you should all protect yourselves against, a new disease: Mask Mouth
"patients show up with a nasty set of symptoms, which the doctors have dubbed “mask mouth.”
The new oral hygiene issue — caused by, you guessed it, wearing a mask all the time to prevent the spread of the coronavirus — is leading to all kinds of dental disasters like decaying teeth, receding gum lines and seriously sour breath.
“We’re seeing inflammation in people’s gums that have been healthy forever, and cavities in people who have never had them before,” says Dr. Rob Ramondi, a dentist and co-founder of One Manhattan Dental. “About 50% of our patients are being impacted by this, [so] we decided to name it ‘mask mouth’ — after ‘meth mouth.’ ”....
Gum disease — or periodontal disease — will eventually lead to strokes and an increased risk of heart attacks,” says Dr. Marc Sclafani, another co-founder of One Manhattan Dental.
He says the stinky syndrome is triggered by face coverings, since wearing a mask increases dryness of the mouth — and a buildup of bad bacteria."

Don't be a victim to this passing fad hysteria that will go out in the way that flip open phones, beanie babies, blackberry cell phones, vhs video tapes, and My Pet Rock all flopped. Being a maskoholic is worse than all that though, mask addiction can drastically affect your health.

Thank you to everyone that is happy to hear this free Public Health Safety Announcement to the People of Our Communities.
I wish I could thank you all personally, but I have chosen not to read any replies (although replies of support are greatly appreciated) because of the potential amount of vitriolic hatred that is coming my way for speaking out like this, in true support of the health of people in the communities in which we live. If I read such insults as I know will be thrown, I will be tempted to argue back, and I could say something I would regret later. Nope, I think before I speak, hence the long post. Anyways, thanks for reading this far!

FOR ALL THOSE WHO DISAGREE WITH THIS FREE POSTED HEALTH SAFETY ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE PUBLIC OF OUR COMMUNITIES
*************************************
I've seen how rude you are to each other on everything from taxes to roads and all the way to what someone else can do on their own property! I hope you're happy to hear that this is my last post on masking! I probably don't know any of you personally, but let me tell you something: sticks and stones can break your bones, but words cannot hurt you.
Let that sink in: What I said doesn't harm you at all.
I know some people feel they get hurt when they get insulted, I do too. That's why I am not going to read or reply to anything anyone says on this post. I held my tongue earlier this year when lockdown began, when someone posted "wash your hands after taking out the trash". Why should a single public health announcement get so much bad commentary?
So why did I post this? I did this so our community, and our surrounding communities don't treat me or my family as an outcast or "leper" within our own neighborhood.
Unsurprisingly, the state regime within which we live has required mandatory face coverings outside
I am telling you all not to discriminate against me and to respect my, and others, rights which are listed under the first amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America. (In case you were wondering, due to my interpretation on Ezekiel 13, my religion does not allow me to wear a mandatory mask) Additionally, a mask is a medical device, and everyone has a right to informed consent, and to refuse consent to medical treatment.
I don't want to live in fear like I'm going to be arrested and forced to live in an internment "quarantine" camp as if we're living in Nazi Germany with neighbors ratting each other out all the time. Don't be a jerk and squeal on someone because that person has a different belief than you.
Think of this experiment: when the temperature goes below freezing, have a friend or family member put on a surgical, or homemade, cloth mask and go outside. Look at all the vapor that's goes out while that person is breathing outside. That's how bad the mask "leaks". Whether or not you interpret these results to mean masks work or not is up to you. You don't have to be rude and insulting if someone else has a different opinion and disagrees.
Please, don't make a police officer's job harder by asking that officer to break the law and by enforcing an illegal mask mandate instructing the persecution a mask-free fellow human being. Let the police do something more important, like fight all the BurnLootMurder going around. Since criminals feel emboldened by the acceptance of public mask wearing, they act with impunity. Don't waste the police's time having them enforce unconstitutional "orders" forcing masks upon people in our communities who have done no wrong or cancelling the Christmas, Easter, or Thanksgiving for that matter, celebrations of the people of our community.
And for Pete's sake, take off the mask and get some fresh air. It's good for you.
P.S.
All this talk about face coverings is jogging my memory about this story about a guy whose buddy caught a snapping turtle while they were out fishing. After he caught it, they shoved a burlap sack over the face of that turtle (along with the rest of its body) and let it stay in the bottom of the boat, thinking it would be harmless. Few minutes later, that fella gives the loudest bloodcurdling scream you ever heard and when they finally got that flashlight aimed at the cause of the commotion, what do they see but that the monster snapping turtle chomped its way out of the bag and clamped on that poor guy’s steel toed boot. Well, apparently that snapper just did not want to let go and they had it cut off at the hospital emergency room, but they probably could have saved themselves the trouble if they read my book because I learned a sure-fire way to get snappers to let go on their bite while researching information for my book ‘Turtle Power Fishing’ (not yet ready to sell yet).
Yep, my book has a lot of those little safety tips concerning how to handle and transport snappers without getting injured. There’s no need to worry about getting bit if you read my book and take the necessary precautions when working around that delicious tasting beast of a reptile. Believe it or not, turtles are considered fish for lent! YUM!
